Cancelation Policy

To keep initial sign-up costs low and avoid contracts, Lift the Bar Fitness requires 30 days notice for membership cancelation. Any billing scheduled within 30 days of the date a cancelation request is received will be processed. Members retain gym access during this period and any other time they have paid for.

Any fraudulent credit/debit card chargeback claims made against Lift the Bar Fitness may result in a $50 fee to reimburse our costs from disputing said illegitimate claims, plus the amount originally owed per the membership agreement.

Charges processed within the guidelines of the terms agreed to by a member are not eligible for refund. The only exception is the 3 Day Grace Period where refunds are eligible as long as cancellation requests are received within the first three (3) business days following initial enrollment into a membership.

Cancelations must be made using the dedicated Cancelation Request Form found here. You may also request this link in person at the gym where we can provide you a QR code to scan, or via text or email where we can send you the form link to complete at your leisure. ANY other requests to cancel (phone, in-person, written letter, email, etc) are not valid and are not guaranteed to result in cancelation and may result in continued billing. In this event, payments made are not eligible for refund.
